Blue Square Refreshes Mobile Sportsbook with mkodo

London, 17 August 2011: To herald in the start of the Premier League’s new season, Blue Square, Rank Group’s sportsbook arm, last week unveiled a new version of its mobile Sportsbook site.

The new site has been implemented by Rank’s mobile partner, mkodo.

The product is optimised for in-play betting. On accessing the site, the user has immediate access to the latest scores and odds on football matches that are in-play at that moment. On the home page customers are also given information on the next horse races to be run with instant links to the associated odds.

The design of the site has also been refreshed and brings it in line with the Blue Square sportsbook Apps – ensuring brand consistency across the different tools for mobile access to Blue Square.

The new site is available for touch devices across all the main device operating systems, including all of the devices in the current Top 10 Mobile Sportsbook Devices as detailed on mkodo’s monthly chart such as the iPhone, iPad, Blackberry 8520, HTC Desire, Blackberry 9700, Blackberry 9800 and Samsung Galaxy S.
