mkodo relaunches the mobile channel as a key enabler in patient care for Pfizer UK

mkodo, the mobile specialist, today announces a relaunch of its services to the pharmaceutical sector with a new patient communications programme for Pfizer UK.

Pfizer, the world’s leading biopharmaceutical company, has trialled the mobile channel over the last year providing a reminder service for patients. Patients are able to set-up an SMS prompt, which will be received when they need to see their physician for a repeat prescription. This mobile channel activity will be powered by mkodo’s Intelligent Mobile Platform and will now be extended within Pfizer’s Women’s Health portfolio in the UK.

The mobile channel is an excellent way to prompt patients to follow up with their healthcare professional relating to their prescribed treatment plan.
