Can data be captured and re-used to personalise mobile campaigns?
Yes the data capture features of the product suite enable request, storage and processing of such details as gender, age, date of birth, post/zipcode, address and preferences from your audience. These can then be used to personalise campaigns and sites. The mkodo Query Tool enables use of this data to target campaigns to segmented audiences in your database; the Modules enable send of messages/ display of data based upon specified criteria. All data capture remains the property of our clients and can be downloaded at any time from the interface.
Can you help us set-up the campaign/ service or do you just provide self service tools?
We can set-up and manage everything for you and just give you access to the reporting so you can monitor your campaign. Alternatively you can have full access to our platform via the internet to set-up and manage updates to your own activities. We also make an in-house software licence available for those businesses that prefer to host all operational software within their own data centres.
How can I monitor my campaign?
You will be given a user login and password to access your account on the mkodo Intelligent Module Platform via secure internet. You will have access to all activity in real-time. Counters such as daily / monthly entrants can be viewed, customer interactions monitored in real-time and graphs such peak interaction times accessed.
Can I exchange data between external systems and the mkodo mobile platform?
Yes - the mkodo team are highly experienced at integrating with external systems whether it is the payment system at Laser UK or the transactional mobile betting system at BlueSquare. For clients who wish to send data to the mkodo platform please click here to view our standard interfaces.
Can the mkodo interface be re-branded so my clients only see my brand if I am running campaigns on their behalf?
Yes - This is our White Label interface add-on that is available with any of the modules. This interface enable branding to your requirements to blend in with your environment.
I've heard that given your platform is so functionally rich it can be a little daunting for the novice user - is their a simpler interface available?
Yes - We have have recently launched our new interface range which gives you just the functionality you need to conduct your communications in a simple package with no frills unless you want them.
How do I get SMS numbers?
We suggest that you build up your own database of opt-in mobile numbers by requesting the number as part of a sale/negotiation of sale or asking people to text in to sign up to your brand. mkodo does not create and sell lists of mobile phone numbers because we feel this raises concerns for clients about what is happening to their data; we can however broker discussions with opt-in text club owners and introduce reputable parties to preferred list partners. We can also look to introduce companies that specialise in online lead generation date capture inclusive of mobile numbers.
