mkodo Data Format

mkodo Data Format or mDF is our XML integration API, enabling services to send to the mkodo platform.

mDF is offered now only in our Version 2 implementation. It is a simple and straightforward XML definition enabling simple 'put's of XML data to mkodo in either an openstream (preferred) or a synchronous batch process, it is a direct alternative to the mkodo Inform HTTP API but offers greater levels of functionality and capability.

Version 2 is a mechanism for properties within the mkodo platform to be updated or created. This will eventually enable external systems to query the mkodo platform to extract data from campaigns, thereby negating any requirement for extranet reporting tools and complementing the existing Web Interface.
