A fantastic opportunity for a proactive and well-organised Graduate to join our growing PMO team. We are seeking someone who is confident, organised, and outgoing to support on existing projects. The Project Support Officer will work closely with the Project Managers and Agile Delivery Managers to effectively support the day-to-day running of our projects and the software delivery lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to learn the practical application of Project Management and Agile Delivery. Training and mentoring will be provided along with an open and supportive environment, enabling the person to achieve the goals and gather invaluable experience in this highly valuable role.
Main Responsibilities
- Create and distribute project reports internally and externally
- Client communication
- Maintaining project registers
- Project documentation creation
- Project tracking and communication of project issues, risks, requirements and dependencies using company’s preferred methodology and toolkits
- Help co-ordinate internal resources such as developers, QAs, business analysts and others as required
- Work closely with the Client resources to resolve issues and ensure project tasks are completed to plan
- Support commercial aspects of project management including staff timesheets

Grads onboarded as a cohort and focus on specific roles
First 2 weeks
Onboarding sessions and initial training

Grad team project with mentoring support

Grads present project to execs/senior leadership team. Start more compex project.

Present second project to the execs/senior leadership team. Grads join a client project team. Tech debt and support issues.
