- Demonstrable Project Management experience with digital technology sector; Apps, webapps, UX/UI, etc.
- Demonstrable experience managing complex projects with multiple parties and workstreams
- Able to produce and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and RAIDs
- Very strong client-facing skills
- Solid understand of agile vs waterfall project methodologies
- Knowledge of software release management and SDLC principles
- Excellent communication skills across channels, especially in the current period of virtual workspace!
- Great interpersonal skills, leading by example through “hearts and mind”
- Strong influencing and decision-making skills

About the Role
A fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and capable Digital Project Manager to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who is confident managing client-facing projects for global clients, some big names and household brands.
Main Responsibilities
The position will focus on:
- Delivering apps and web projects on time, to budget and with full scope
- Project planning for app and web project deliveries.
- Managing project resourcing
- Managing project dependencies
- Project status reporting to working group and senior executives both internal and external.
- Effective risk management and escalation through robust RAID processes
- Effective change management including impact assessment
- Continuously improving delivery and project management processes.
- Proactively collaborating with other Project Managers to exchange ideas and improvements across the company

Day 1
Grads onboarded as a cohort and focus on specific roles
First 2 weeks
Onboarding sessions and initial training

Grad team project with mentoring support

Grads present project to execs/senior leadership team. Start more compex project.

Present second project to the execs/senior leadership team. Grads join a client project team. Tech debt and support issues.

Start contributing to client deliverables.
