Intro 

mkodo partnered with Premier Lotteries Ireland (PLI) to update and optimise the Lottery’s existing website to provide an enhanced user journey, as well as faster, safer, and more robust buying options for players.  

The process 

• PLI presented their vision, brand guidelines, non-negotiables and must-haves for the new website 
• mkodo ran a series of workshops mapping out user journeys to improve overall UX and provide users with a more secure and robust transactional experience 
• These bespoke workshops form the basis of the requirements to be used for the build 
• Post workshops, sees the start of the design phase where mkodo’s team of design experts create userflows, wireframes and designs/prototypes 
• Our expert technical team then analyse the designs looking at all the integrations and identifying third party stakeholders, such as the smooth implementation of Bank of Ireland Payment Acceptance (BOIPA)
